We meet at Cherry Beach at 6am, get on the water, and paddle out as the sun comes up. No agenda, no pitch, no performance. Just you, the water, and the people around you. Once we're out, we stop. For 20 minutes we close our eyes, put the week away, and just be present with the sound of the water, the air, the moment. No experience required. No instruction. Just space to breathe. Then we have tea and coffee on the water, a small snack, and talk. The kind of conversation that happens when you're floating on a lake at sunrise with people who get it. We paddle back by 8am. You're at your desk by 9am. But you'll feel different for the rest of the day.
