

AgentShyft Hackathon – Build with Agentic AI We’re excited to announce that ShyftLabs will be hosting AgentShyft — a vibe coding hackathon on May 29, 2026, in downtown Toronto. This is your team’s chance to compete for a share of a $6,000 prize pool — and that’s not all. The strongest ideas may also unlock real funding opportunities to continue building beyond the event. Agentic AI isn’t just coming — it’s already here. AgentShyft is your opportunity to build with it, not just talk about it. Teams will: Propose a problem and solution powered by agentic AI Build using (ShyftLabs’ Continuum framework) Create everything from scratch on the day — no pre-built projects allowed Team Structure Minimum: 1 member Maximum: 3 members So… start mustering your team. How It Works 1. Submit your idea by May 10, 5:00 PM EST Include your team name, members, and a short description of your idea. 2. Get selected Shortlisted teams will be notified by May 17 at 1:00 PM EST and invited to participate. 3. Build The Continuum Demo: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The Hackathon Build Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Lunch Break: 30min at 1:30 pm Presentations: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Presentations will be followed by a Happy Hour starting at 5:00 PM onwards on May 29. 4. Present Each team delivers a 3-minute live demo of their solution to the judges. 5.
