About the event Job search has changed dramatically with the rise of AI tools—but what actually works in practice? This interactive session brings together job seekers, builders, and professionals to share real-world experiences using AI in the job search process. This is not a job fair or recruiting event—instead, it is a collaborative, discussion-driven session focused on learning from each other. Show and Share Participants are invited to share how they are leveraging AI in their job search—tools used, strategies that worked, and challenges faced. Learn with Others Participants will work in small groups to explore: How AI is being used for resumes, applications, and outreach What strategies are leading to interviews and offers Where AI tools fall short or create new challenges Key pain points in today’s job search experience Each group will share insights with the broader audience, helping us collectively map what’s effective—and what’s still missing. The session will conclude with a brief overview of emerging approaches and tools to address these challenges, followed by open networking for those who want to continue the conversation. This event is designed to be participatory, practical, and grounded in real experiences.
