Closed beta, read this first

plug is a product in closed beta by EJ Kim under Veltra Digital (operating plugspots.app). The app is in closed beta. Joining the waitlist signals interest and reserves your spot in line. It is not a contract, and it is not a guarantee that a finished product will ship, or ship on any particular date.

Founder Lifetime pre-order

• ◆ The Founder Lifetime pre-order is a $79 one-time payment, processed by Stripe.
• ◆ Full refund, any time until launch, no questions asked. If we never launch, or you simply change your mind before launch, you get every dollar back.
• ◆ "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the plug product and service, not a personal-lifetime promise. If the product winds down, the lifetime ends with it.

No warranties

Because plug is in closed beta and still being built, everything on this site and any early access is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EJ Kim and Veltra Digital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. If we are ever found liable for anything, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us (for most people, that is zero, and for pre-order holders, the $79 you paid, which is refundable until launch anyway).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

As plug grows into a real product, these terms will be expanded to match. When that happens, we will update the effective date at the top.
